Anjali Modi, M.D.

Dr. Modi was born and brought up in India. Apprenticing with her internist father and obstetrician mother, she knew medicine was her calling from the very beginning. She graduated at the top of her class from Government Medical College in Punjab, India

She moved to the US after getting married and has been in the Northern Virginia area since. She pursued her passion for pediatrics and completed her residency from Inova Fairfax Hospital for Children in 2008. She has been in practice since and joined Pediatric Associates of Alexandria in 2011. She is a fellow of American Academy of Pediatrics and Board certified by American Board of Pediatrics. She also has attending privileges at Inova Fairfax and Alexandria hospitals. She is passionate towards preventative medicine and loves to do free school physicals in the area.

She lives in Rosslyn with her husband and her 3 year old son Eshaan. She enjoys taking walks to Georgetown and loves to cook Indian food. She speaks Hindi, Punjabi and Urdu fluently. Working at Pediatric Associates, Dr. Modi is making her dreams of making children healthy and happy come true.
