Alexandra Clift, CPNP

Alexa was born and raised in Dallas, TX. After completing her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Clemson University, she moved to Washington, D.C. where she worked as a pediatric nurse at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital on their Pediatric Transplant Unit for over 6 years. Working with transplant patients, she developed a unique appreciation for caring for medically complex children. She values the relationships she is able to build with her patients and their families. Alexa went on to obtain her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Pennsylvania and is a board certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. She is also a member of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners.

Alexa currently lives in Arlington, VA and is thrilled to be a part of the PAA team. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, cooking, and being outdoors.
