Allison Waller, MD

Dr. Waller was born and raised in Richmond, Virginia. She attended The College of William and Mary where she majored in Biology and minored in French Studies. She went on to get her Master’s in Public Health from the University of South Carolina in Columbia and worked in public health for 4 years before deciding to pursue medicine as a career.

She received her medical degree from Virginia Commonwealth University and completed her Pediatric residency at Children’s National Medical Center. She stayed on there as a Chief Resident before joining Pediatric Associates of Alexandria. Dr. Waller is board certified by the American Academy of Pediatrics and a member of the medical staff at Inova Fairfax Hospital and Inova Alexandria Hospital. She has a special interest in public health/advocacy as well as medical education.

Dr. Waller lives in Alexandria with her husband and children. She enjoys live music, trying new foods and traveling.
