~In Loving Memory~

Caitlin Nussbaum had deep roots in this metro area, being born in Washington, DC, and growing up in Maryland. She graduated from Wake Forrest before returning to DC to complete a masters degree at Georgetown, and her medical degree at George Washington University. During her residency in Pediatrics at Inova Fairfax, Caitlin had her continuity clinic at Pediatric Associates of Alexandria, and we were delighted that she joined the practice after graduation in 2014.  Over the past six years she impressed both patients and staff with her clinical acumen, her genuine love of children, her humility, and her unerring thoughtfulness.
