Lizzie Zinn, PA-C
Lizzie is a dedicated Physician Assistant committed to serving pediatric patients across all age groups. She graduated in 2017 with honors from the University of Michigan with a degree in Biopsychology and a minor in Music. Following graduation, Lizzie worked as a research assistant on a multi-disciplinary project examining the profound link between early life adversity and health outcomes during adolescence.
In 2019 Lizzie moved to the DMV area, and began working in the diabetes clinic at Children’s National as a clinical research coordinator. Her experience here fostered a special interest in pediatric endocrinology.
Lizzie obtained a dual Masters in Public Health and Physician Assistant Studies from the George Washington University in 2023. She is currently board certified in the state of Virginia and an active member of AAPA.
While providing exceptional care to her patients remains her top priority, Lizzie also champions the advancement of pediatric medicine through research and public health advocacy. Her dedication has earned her recognition with publications in various academic journals and presentations at national conferences. She aims to continue to uncover new research opportunities and ultimately inspire her patients and their families to embrace public health principles, fostering a healthier and more vibrant community.
In her free time, Lizzie enjoys board games, hiking with her dog, knitting, and playing her cello! She, her fiancé, and their two pets live in Alexandria, VA.
